The openness of the Linden’s great room, perfect for small gatherings and meetings, and the innovative new loft are the major features of this design. The roof includes two dormers that not only let in more light and give space, but also add to the overall classic proportions of the design. The full porch across the front provides a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy a relaxing evening.
Sleeping Options
The Linden comes with your choice of a downstairs bedroom. The loft is designed to have more head space than our other models. Dormers are standard on the Linden.
Kitchen Options
From cook-tops to full stoves, these tiny homes have a range of options.
- Full electric system with a 50A plug that powers the entire home.
- A split system with a 30A plug and propane tanks on the hitch. The propane is then used for the heater, stove and water heater
- Full bathroom with shower and low flush RV toilet that can be connected to the sewer or an external holding tank.
- Shower and kitchen sink connected to the sewer, external holding tank, or gray water system. Toilet is a composting toilet.
