Because most of us work on Friday till 5 pm, and can’t just go anytime, I make sure that group meets at SEATAC AIRPORT @ 5:30 pm , and flight from Seattle (SEA) – San Diego (SAN) @ 6:30 pm.
You will return from San Diego back to Seattle on Monday at 9:30 am.
Transportation from to all events from and to the Retreat location. Additional services available upon request.
We also can help you book your air travel with our Club exclusive discounts.
For any additional items that we do not have , there is “Albertson’s” Super Market just outside of the Retreat Center (3 min walk)

“Sun and it’s effects on body and mind” : 8 pm -9 pm
Meet Dr. Murdzina ( PhD Astrophysicist). Marina is an expert on sun rays and has been studying complexity of sun for 45 years. She will explain sun rays ,it’s effect on human body & mind. You will learn when sun is most effective and when you should not be exposed to sun . How much sun is good , and how to recover from sun deficiency. Marina also is licensed medical cannabis provider in the California.

What is Light Therapy?
Light therapy or phototherapy (classically referred to as heliotherapy) consists of exposurSun Gazing 101e to daylight or to specific wavelengths of light using polychromatic polarised light,lasers, light-emitting diodes, fluorescent lamps,dichroic lamps or very bright, full-spectrum light. The light is administered for a prescribed amount of time and, in some cases, at a specific time of day.
Benefits of Sun Gazing & Sun Bathing
One common use of the term is associated with the treatment of skin disorders, chieflypsoriasis, acne vulgaris, eczema and neonatal jaundice.
Light therapy which strikes the retina of the eyes is used to treat circadian rhythm disorders such as delayed sleep phase disorder and can also be used to treat seasonal affective disorder, with some support for its use also with non-seasonal psychiatric disorders.
